NOTE: Additional fees may apply to complete your OSHA 300 Logs. 1 Log is required per Establishment and each Establishment will incur an additional $25 fee. There is also an additional $25 fee for each OSHA Recordable Injury that is required to be included in the OSHA 300 Log. These fees are to cover the labor time to review, assess, and complete the documentation to maintain OSHA compliance.
